Hi nadim09, LG WRman Greg here!
Perhaps you haven't met the LG CINEMA 3D SMART TV. According to The American Optometric Association watching 3D TV does not affect the health of children. The AOA stated that the vision development for the vast majority of children is not in any way affected by viewing 3D images on their TVs. TVs that use active shutter glasses may cause eye strain and dizziness in some people. LG’s CINEMA 3D Smart TV is powered by Film Patterned Retarder (FPR) technology, which involves a film applied to the top of the panel, and whose pattern separates images for the left and right eye. This means the glasses show one image to the right eye and another to the left eye. And the image is transmitted from the TV and not from the glasses, so it does not cause eye strain. We don’t know about all the other TVs out there, but LG’s FPR CINEMA 3D SMART TVs are perfectly safe, for young and old alike.
