hdd casing doubt...

Yes, you can case it. You can get a local IDD casing starting at around 300 bucks. But try to get a branded casing if possible.

Yeah it's possible.
But remember it won't be rugged as external drives. If you plan to transport it, do it safely.

No. It will be detected as a removable drive in windows just like your pendrive.
