HD 4350 overheating

My system config is this:
AMD athlon 64 3000+
msi rs 480 motherboard
2gb DDR1 ram
1tb hard disk
XFX HD 4350 graphics card
400W power supply

Problem is that this 4350 has temp of 65~70 c under idle conditions and 88~93 c under load. I have brought this card just 2 weeks before. Ventilation is not a problem and the room temp is around 20 c. Should i exchange my graphic card because i dont think 90 c for an entry level card like 4350 is normal.

as its XFX, means distributor is Rashi, all i can say is all the best.

BTW, is the card passive cooled (no fan)? or got fan? 90degree is way too high. even highend cards hardly reach it. get it checked & if possible click a few pics of the card before going there. and ask them to check the card infront of you if possible.

yup 90C is way too high check whther the GPU fan's are workin properly(if the fan's there)
else get a replacement for that !!
but i donno whther they'll replace it for overheating issues !!
