Well!

Not today exactly, it was yesterday.

Hotmail.com was born in 1996 by an Indian American named Sabeer Bhatia and one of his friend. (First web based email service)

It was HoTMaiL = HTML back then.

On Dec, 1997, Hotmail was sold to Microsoft for a reported sum of $400 million

Today it is know as Windows Live Hotmail

Happy Birthday from my side too... i remember my parents creating an account for themselves on hotmail when i was like 10...

it provided free 2MB space which was not a common thing that time.
