i am surprised at times that why is discussing such things is considered illegal. Now for example..... if i say that "A long knife is good enough to kill a person", does saying this sentence mere in words makes me a criminal? Unless someone really does this act he/ she is not a criminal at all.
similarly if one discusses to tackle a problem, how can it be a crime? Yes while discussing it , this point should be brought to everyones notice that practicising such thing in real life is illegal. There after it is left upto the individual whether he/ she wants to commit the crime or not.
knowledge should be shared and crime should be discouraged, one cant discourage crime by keeping the world in darkness of ignorance.
