Guyz quick help i need to buy motherboard

My asus mobo p5n32-e sli is laid to RIP.
Although i use asus gaming laptop but i need mobo on stand by basis.Kindly advice me the cheapest mobo within 5000 inr.Any brand plz.

i have intel core 2 quad 2.66 processor,
1gb ddr2 ram x 3 i.e 3sticks of 1 gb each
nvidia geforce 240 graphic card
zeb 720 watts

i thought of this mobo gigabyte ga-g41m-combo costs 3400/-

Well, currently no high end motherboards based on LGA775 socket are available any more. Maximum you can get a G41 chipset based Motherboard from Asus, Gigabyte and MSI.
My suggestion is to get a DDR3 based G41 motherboard and a single 1333 MHz 4GB DDR3 Ram. All of 'em will come within 5K and you should sell your old Rams.

Get either Asrock G41-GS @ 3.024K (ASRock G41C-GS Motherboard - ASRock: Flipkart.com)
or Gigabyte GA-G41M @ 3.3K (Gigabyte GA-G41M Motherboard - Gigabyte: Flipkart.com)
and Corsair Value Series 4GB 1333 MHz DDR3 Ram @ 1.2K
