Guys Help me in this...How many visitors...

Guys....Please help me in Php to find how many Visitors are online or viewing my website at that particular time using Php code. I would also love to know if I can show the "Most users ever online" and its dates reflected on my website. I am new to the world of websites so I guess you all will help me in this.

The Sample would look like:
24 visitors online.
Most ever user online was on 24th November 2006 with 365 users.

If you're talking about PHP, I got near NULL experience in it. I just google all my PHP queries and solve them with the programming understanding I have, never really learnt any PHP stuff.

Maybe someone else can suggest something up.
