Guest Book tutorial needed.

I have a website *www.myfullneeds.com I added guest book on this website but it is not working. I am using Apache server and cpanel.net control panel. I created one guestbook.pl file in the cgi.bin and I created guestbook.htm and guestlog.htm and added these two files in the root directory. I have changed the permission of guest book to 755 also. Even then it is not working. What needs to be done to get it in working condition. I searched a lot on the net but could not get much help. I need a tutorial for adding guest book on my website. Please help. Thanks.

This is not a way to advertise. I am really facing this problem. You can check this at your end. I need solution for this. Will somebody help me. Thanks.
