Graphics Card suggestion for Gaming Center

Right off the assembly line
Hello everyone!
I am going to create a gaming center and ive decided the following config for the pc's

AMD Athlon x3 440
2GB DDR3 1333
Asus M4N68T M Motherboard
500GB HDD
20 inch LED monitor
Now im really confused for the GPU. im on a strict budget and i want something cheap yet effective. i want latest games to run (like crysis, nfs hot pusuit etc) but not with all the eye candy. i want them to run on 1024x768 res with med-high settings. so ive decided for the ATI 4650 1 GB. is my choice alright? or should i go for something else? i can spend Rs3500 max per graphic card.

cause the price diff between 19 and 20 inch is insignificant. btw, i cant go for 18.5 inch ones cause the competitors all have 19 or 20 inches. (i know bigger monitors= more resolution but gamers here are quite noob and feel bigger screen=better )

@cookiebaker, this is the config i suggest (roughly, depends on availability):

AMD Athlon II X2 250 @ 2.7k
Asus M4A78LT-M LE @ 2.5k
Corsair/G.Skill 2Gb DDR3 1333mhz @ 1.1k (or some other brand @ 1k or less)
WD 500GB Caviar Blue @ 1.7k
Sapphire HD5670 512Mb @ 4.5k
Generic cabby + bundled PSU @ 1k
keyboard mouse @ 0.3k (but preference is for logitech @ 0.6k. lasts long)

for monitor, look out for 19". they usually tend to be a bit cheaper but the size is ok for most.

so total along with other stuff will be 20k pp & still will run all games you throw at it.

PS: a better PSU is highly recommended. its your cafe. any loss in parts will affect you.

Want to know which Graphic Card in future I should upgrade for gaming ?

I want to play these games on max resolution of 1440 x 900 on Higher Setting.

Mine Budget is between 5K - 10K Max
