For your Res, I'll say go for GTX 560 only, not Ti. As, this will be sufficient to play 95% games with ultra settings.

If you'd like to wait till mid-August or September, the prices of HD 7850 may drop to 1-1.5k more.

are you sure about the reducing prices ?? because the prices are only increasing and not at all decreasing...

i wanted to buy the ti version because i Wanted to be future proof

if you are sure that the prices will reduce then i will gladly wait

I have Zotac Geforce GTX 560 SE and i can play Battlefield 3 at 40 FPS with 1920X1080 resolution and ULTRA settings. This graphic card costs 9.6K in CTC.For you requirements,i think this is enough.

HD 7770 or HD 6870 or GTX 560 or HD 6850 . These Are All Great Choices for your Resolution . But Due to that CM PSU , I would Like you to buy a MSI GTX 560 @ 10.5K with Corsair CX500 V2 @ 3.5K or you can save 1K by going with HD 7770 .

You can go for the card, its certainly better than the gtx 560. You need a highly oced 560 to meet the performance of the 560ti.
But first you need to change the psu. If you can just wait a little bit, and save 3k more, you can easily get a 7850. If you go for this route, you don't need to buy a very expensive psu too.

^ I did hear the gx series is relatively safer compared to the others, but not totally sure. wait for others to confirm.

Yup, GX is some what better than Extreme series. So, IMO your PSU is fine.
As suggested above get GTX-560 for 10.5k else get HD 7850 for 15.5k. GTX-560Ti 1GB DDR5 for 13.5k is not worth getting when HD 7850 costs around 1.5k more.

It should hold up fine as these series have 5 years manufacturing warranty, and CM might have trust in it.

Yes, Get HD 7850, It'll suck 60-80W less than 560 ti and offers better performance.

Get MSI N560GTX-M2D1GD5 GeForce GTX 560 (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card @ 10.8k

Else save dough & get HD 7850 as suggested by others

thanks for your replies my friends... but the problem is that the 7850 is not available at the price u mentioned earlier... the msi and the asus card are priced above 16k which is way of my budget

i could've gone for the non ti version but i wanted to be future proof :)

the retailer here is very sure that the prices of the 7850 wont decrease, and in fact may rise because of reducing value of the indian currency

and i just wanted to know if there are any probs with the Asus NVIDIA GTX 560 Ti Direct CUII 1 GB DDR5
and also tel me if i can play all the games in high settings for 2yrs in 1600X900 res with this card before i get a HD monitor

thanks in advance my friends

Pls have a look
AnandTech - Bench - GPU12
7850 is clearly faster in newer titles so it will annihilate GTX560ti even more in future titles..
+ 7850 consumes lot less power..
Also DX 11, tessellation etc favor 7850 more

Not bad but you might regret saving that 2-2.5k
For 7850 i suggest MSI R7850 Twin Frozr 2GD5/OC Radeon HD 7850 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Graphic Card
The 7850 i suggested is a TF II card... So forget overheating issues...
Bhaiya yadi 3000/- nhi mil rha toh daka dalo/chanda ikhata karo/bhik mango lekin pls GTX 560"ti" mat lena..

Well, If you can't extend your budget, then GTX 560 ti will do fine for that resolution. You can crank high settings for 80-90% games for upcoming years.

Get it, you won't regret as it'll suffice your needs.

BMG ftw!!
@OP: Add another 2K and get HD7850. Far more superior and power efficient than 560ti and is of newer generation. New architecture = better card.
