I have a budget of 5k and want to buy a graphics card. Something that is not too old..
Min: DX 11....

GT 520 vs HD 6570 vs HD 6670...

What is the performance scaling?

ive got an i5 2400

I've always had an Nvidia card.. Many people have told me that in the past, ATI had quality/ reliability issues... Are they sorted now?

There is no doubt here for selecting the Graphics card; it is HD 6670 1GB GDDR5 version. The Sapphire HD 6670 1GB GDDR5 is available at Rs 4940 price in here:

Also the MSI HD 6670 1GB GDDR5 dual Fan cooler version is available @ RS 5096. Get the MSI one which has better cooling solution. So you can overclock it in higher extent without heating issue.

GT 520...why why? It is merely faster than the Intel HD 3000 IGP.

BTW, what PSU you are having? Post the details 1st before making your purchase.

GT 520 is a joke of a graphic card lol. It sucks.
