i havent bought it yet
but its almost finalized
the only problem-GPU
im inclined towards HD 7850
but dad might not allow that much expenditure
so i just want a low cost alternate, incase

Since you have 20" panel so you could go for 7850 1gb edition ~ 12k or Nvidia gtx660 1GB @ 10k

GTX 650 ti 2gb is the best you can get with that price..
Also search for a GTX 560 (Non Ti/Ti) .. at that price, it is also quite good.. but availability may be an issue as it is old

get a Zotac/Asus GTX 650 Ti - 1GB model should cost you 10k and 2GB model thousand bucks more.

get an corsair 430 at 2200,and get only 4gb now....will add another 4 in future....,get all parts locally...i am sure u can get all below 40k including sapphire 7850 at 13k
