How to change user title?
I had ordered a Corsair Power Supply on 10 June 2013 from Snapdeal, I received it on 14 June 2013(Friday), but the piece was faulty, it might be from one of rejected items as even the screws didn't tighten up properly, I immediately sent a mail to Sanpdeal on same day,
I didn't receive any response from them on Saturday nor anything on Sunday, so I sent another mail on Sunday.
I also sent them a mail via their website on same day
I still haven't got any reply, what do you guys think? Has Snapdeal cheated me. I can't go on with this waiting game, I need to start my PC. Is only way for me is to get this PSU RMA'd?
UPDATE: Received a mail from them after I gave them a phone call.

I had ordered a Power Supply from corsair order no. XXXXXXXXXX, but the product I received is faulty. The product is so faulty that even screws don't fit in mounting holes. I request you to take it back from me. I have also ordered an another power supply from Antec some minutes ago, so please refund my money from my earlier order. Also please send the Antec power supply as soon as possible as I can't start my PC because the delay that has been caused.
