[Complaint] Got faulty Corsair Power supply from Snapdeal.

How to change user title?
I had ordered a Corsair Power Supply on 10 June 2013 from Snapdeal, I received it on 14 June 2013(Friday), but the piece was faulty, it might be from one of rejected items as even the screws didn't tighten up properly, I immediately sent a mail to Sanpdeal on same day,

Dear Team Snapdeal,

Hello,
I had ordered a Power Supply from corsair order no. XXXXXXXXXX, but the product I received is faulty. The product is so faulty that even screws don't fit in mounting holes. I request you to take it back from me. I have also ordered an another power supply from Antec some minutes ago, so please refund my money from my earlier order. Also please send the Antec power supply as soon as possible as I can't start my PC because the delay that has been caused.

I didn't receive any response from them on Saturday nor anything on Sunday, so I sent another mail on Sunday.

Dear Team SnapDeal,

I had requested a refund for my order no. 1040941464 as the product was faulty, I'm yet to hear from you. Please reply about it.I had also ordered another item, order no. 1051191803. I had requested you earlier also that I need the product very urgently but still the product hasn't been shipped. If you can't ship it by today please cancel my order, I will order from Flipkart who ships product on same day it is ordered. Awating reply.

I still haven't got any reply, what do you guys think? Has Snapdeal cheated me. I can't go on with this waiting game, I need to start my PC. Is only way for me is to get this PSU RMA'd?

UPDATE: Received a mail from them after I gave them a phone call.

Day 4 and still no follow up from SnapDeal regarding refund.

Quote on their website
If you receive a faulty product, we request you to Contact Us within 7 days of receipt of your order. We’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product within 3 working days of receipt of your complaint and inspect the product. If the product is found to be faulty/defective, we’ll exchange it for you/refund the entire amount, as per your request.

* Electronics refers to products such as computers, tablets, mobiles, appliances and the likes.

I had bought it on same day I received the faulty Corsair PSU from them bcoz I thought that way at least they'll work fast with their Corsair refund procedure, I trusted Snapdeal & their TrustPay policy but now it doesn't seem that they'll even bother about Corsair, seeing their response. Antec is going to come either today or tomorrow, what sould I do? I was thinking of rejecting the delivery and getting Corsair RMA done. If I accept Antec right now, there is a high possiblity that they wouldn't care what happens with my faulty Corsair PSU and I'll be stuck with both of them.

If you want, you can always give the corsair power supply for RMA in a service centre in Pune. I am assuming you've received a bill for it. Looking at Corsair RMA experience in India it should be a lot faster than getting a reply from Snapdeal, let alone 'technical assistance'.

Thanks so much, I think there is Kaizen near Shivajinagar. So how how long does it take for RMA? and do I get a new PSU?

Unfortunately Antec came in today and my mom accepted it(hadn't informed mom to not take it), but mail from Snapdeal looks promising, I hope they do send a person this time.
