Good WP Subscriber & Mailing List Plugin ?

Hello Friends,
1) I am searching for a Wordpress Plugin for Users to Subscribe
I already have a blog and in that I have a form for user to make comment on my post
In that Form user have to enter name & email ID
My aim is that if anyone comments on any post than his entered email Id automatically gets subscribe and I can easily can a list of all subcribed emails

&
2) i am searching another mailing list plugin so that I can mails about new post to all the above subscribed emails

Please help me in finding the correct & best plugin

Use feedburner & enable subscribe by email for your users. So if a user subscribes by email he will get updates. Its user-based, not admin based.
