Need some help immediately.I need to buy an mp3 player under Rs7K.Must have good audio quality.I checked out the review by digit (OCT 05) and found the "YES YMP-910" to suit my needs, but it has a very small memory of 256MB.the digit review featured quite a little no. of brands. The player must have good features, although I dont care about dumb n useless ones like the remote control feature on the "YES" one.I would like it to have a colour screen(reasonable clarity). Also,it must be small and easy to carry around.Any suggestions??

Get the t.sonic 610 1 Gb variant. It is a no nonsense player and very nicely priced - 5.3k. Google for the features, has a very good battery life of around 14 hrs with the internal Li-ion battery, very compact and nice bundled accesories. On the downside it charges via a usb port only, so if you dont have access to a pc full time, it can be an issue.

i ordered Sandisk Sansa , 2GB +FM+ Voice recorder.

I found it awesome. 119$ ... so less than Rs 6000. Its just that u have to ask someone to carry it.

I guess mp3 players are too costly in India.

best luck.

i think u shud go for I-river considering the sound quality.

I-rivers excel in sound quality with SRS wow n Bass.

T-Sonic had 2.5/5 in the quality test while the I-rivers had 4/5 (Courtsey :DIGIT).
