Going away for some time.

Time for one of my absences from the forum. In the past, I was away at times due to various reasons. This time it's because I'll be going to Kolkata tomorrow escorting a patient to AMRI Hospital in Salt Lake, and I probably won't have internet access. Don't know how long it will take - could be a week or a month.

I'm baaaack!! My patient, who had to be investigated for a possible cancer of the ureter, was pronounced to be free of that disease, thank God.

After enduring the sweltering 40-degree heat of Kolkata for a week, the 30 degrees at home seem to be quite mild - although 30 deg is quite hot for my city at this time of year.

The hospital and the guest house I stayed in were air-conditioned, but prowling around Chandni Chowk, G.C.Avenue, etc. in the afternoon had my clothes soaked with sweat. Ahh, it's good to be back home.

I sent my mail to the gmail address given on your website. Judging from your real name, I wondered if you happened to live in Kolkata and thought we might have a chance to meet, but that's not relevant now as I'm already back home again.
