Glipper is a GUI version of clipboard in Ubuntu 7.10, with some options and easy to access UI, it really helps a lot

Step 1 (Install the Glipper)
- Install the Glipper from Add/Remove in Ubuntu 7.10
Step 2 (To make it start on logon)
- Go to System > Preferences > Sesssions
- Click on Add button
- Fill in the details as Name = "Clipboard", Command = "glipper" and Comment = "lol glipper" (remember the command should be filled as "glipper", everything else can be anything u prefer)
- Click Ok
- You are done with it, next time u restart the PC, it will come as a nice clipboard icon in tray
