What is the point for going with ASUS P5N7A-VM LGA 775 ?
MSI ( intel p45 chipset ) is better than 730i
9600GT GFX card can kick the ass of 9300 anyday

Stick with intel

If you still want to go with onboard gfx then the asus mobo is good chioce.

There is no mobo with intel chipset & onboard nvidia gfx.

If you want onboard gfx you have to opt for G45 intead of P45.

If you don't want spend 6K for 9600GT then the cheapest possible gfx card you could geyt is 8400GS ( 256MB DDR2 ) for Rs. 1600

That will give you p45 chip along with nvidia 8 series gfx

ANd i M Going For It

And its Worth to Buy...... [ Its Differanc of 3000 - C2D 2.66GHZ - Rs5760 / C2D 3GHz - Rs.8650]

But To The Latest they only Got
Mobo - ASUS P5N73-AM LGA 775 NVIDIA GeForce 7050 for - Rs.3100
With in My 5k Budget For MObo...

What Should I do ??

The processor choice is good enough though
though a oced e7200/e7300 ( 3GHz ) will give simillar perf

That mobo just sucks - it's based on nvidia 7050(gfx)/610i northbridge chip
it don'n even has dual channel support

Mother boards based intel on P35, G35, P33, G33, P31 & G31 offers far more better performance. So look for mobos based on those chips.

Your onboard Graphics in M3N68 is Quite cool ,IN case if u Dont want to settle For Gcard now then Close your eyes n go for It
it consist of nforce GeForce8200 (M3N78-VM)
Geforce8300 M3N78-EM

I terms of Benching Intell E8XXX series are better than AMD all above AMD 6000X2 (I know bcos i got AMD 6000X2)

Fact :
Dude At the Present You Buy your Rig and You will find your self in Deep Trouble after a month or 2

Reason : There will be No resale value for your components

Intel is good Now they have came with i7 which is Very Powerful Processor .Regarding AMD its coming with its Phenom II processor ,consist of DDR3 support but still lacks that power that i7 has
Phenom II have been Clocked to 6Gh in LN2 test ,still not worth than Intel i7 its good news for Only AMD fan boys like me but sad news is tht you can say that its just an Upgrade version of C2D with DDR3 support

If its really urgent then my advice is that Go for AMD 9550 black edition ( Multiplier unlocked)

Have you checked the Zotac 9300 based mobo. It's got everything like onboard gfx,
Ocing option within only Rs. 6000.
