giftmate paymate nonsense

hi all

did any of you ever use paymate/giftmate option to shop online.
they had a scheme last week saying, watever amt i topped up wud double and be credited to my account.
i topped up my a/c by Rs.500 and nothing happened. no one answers in customer support no. and no response to the e-mails.

whn i try to buy something then the transaction is never processed.

any similar experiences??

How did you checked your balance and where you tried to do the transaction

used their site to chk the balance. tried shopping thru rediff n futurebazaar. there was some scheme with it which offers delivery free.
that was till 31st march. now if i try it seems to be working. may b their trick to make quick bucks.
