B150 is meant for business purposes, where as H170 is meant for low-end gaming. For hardcore gaming, Z170 is the best fit.

All things being equal, I would personally go for H170.

Deepcool cabinets are quite good, as are their coolers. Can't say anything about Corsair, though they might be a bit pricey. Cabinets usually depend on the user's personal aesthetic sense. Just make sure that it is well ventilated, has cable management facilities, and is adequate to hold 3rd party air coolers.

Difference B150 & H170 is that former does not have RAID support but later has RAID support.

I would advise you to stay far away from Antec, Go for the cheapest Corsiar/NZXT chassis you can buy.
Prefereably Corsair.Coz they give 2 year warranty compareted to just one on NZXT.
And if you are new, buy a cabinet that suits your mobo.
Check if the cabinet supports your mobo layout.
Like dont buy a micro ATX case for an ATX mobo.
Most new builders do this mistake.
Especially when they order online.
