for gpu i have selected msi 7770
cpu core i3 3220
mobo msi zh77a g41 6k
any 4 gb 1600 mhz ram
500 watt psu

i5 3450 (11000)
gigabyte B75M D3H (4100)
MSI HD7770 (8400)
Logitech mk200 KB & mouse combo (700)
Corsair cx430v2 (2700)
G.Skill RipjawX 4 GB 1600 MHz 4 GB (1700)

Total: 28600

I know it's out of your mentioned budget, but the extra 3600 is worth the extra you'll be getting. Try to get that if possible.

Else, you may opt for i3 3220 (7000), then the total will be: 24600

He he, there is one downside, although there are 2 pcie slots, one of them is pcie 3.0 x16 and other one is pcie 2.0 x4. Other than that, there are on overclocking options, but that may change with a bios update. But you cant expect those features as this price.

If you are going for Crossfire then you have to get an i5 in the first place for bottle neck issues . Then you cant do with that Corsair CX430V2 too. For dual GPU you have to look at atleast a CX600 and better. Then B75 offers one lane of the two at x4 speeds ,and that is not all advisable for scaling, or Crossfire.
