Gaming rig around 30k

Right off the assembly line
Hi,

Could you guys help me assemble a gaming ring around Rs 30000, any help would be appreciated.

I intend to play games such as Crysis 3, Battlefield 3, Resident Evil 6, NBA 2k13, GTA 5, Max Payne 3 etc.

The Rig I had in mind was:
Motherboard
ASUS M5A97 AMD 9 Series

Processor
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition

CPU Cooler
-

RAM
Patriot 4GB DDR3 (1333 Mhz)

Video Card
EVGA GeForce GTX 550 Ti SuperClocked

Or

Saphire HD 7750

DVD Drive
Sony Optiarc 24x DVDRW Drive

Case
Cooler Master RC-430-KWN1 Elite 430

Power Supply
Cooler Master Elite Series 460 Watts

Monitor
Acer HQ

Keyboard and Mouse
Logitech K260

If you could suggest a better Configuration, I would really really appreciate it.

Also if I could get 8gb RAM it would be better( But would it be in my BUDGET)

I will not be requiring a Sound System and a Hard Disk as I already have one.

Thanks, Again!!!!!!

As for the questions:-

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Gaming

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:30k

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:Win 7 Ultimate / Windows 8

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:Yes preferably 3d (size you suggest)

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Speakers, HDD

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:India(Lucknow)

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:Assembler

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:Lucknow, UP, India (Yes)

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: no

This overshoots the budget by 5K
Get Logitech MK200 @ 0.6k . This saves you 1k. I think you have to sacrifice on the monitor part or buy a GPU later.

I3 3220 is 7k. If you get cm elite 310 you can save 1k. If you go for 20 inch dell monitor you can save 2k.

As sainatarajan suggested , go for mk200 it is 1k cheaper

Also if you get HD 7750 for 6k then everything will be inside your budget.
