Gaming PC Upgrade

My mobo is starting to show some problems.My system is anyway 3 yrs old and iam thinking of a limited upgrade.I don't want to change some h/w.following is my current config.
mobo: XFX 650i Ultra
Proc: C2D E6550
Grfx: XFX 9600 GT
PSU: Corsair VX 450
monitor: Dell 1920 SE
soundcard: Creative soundblaster audigy
Speaker: Creative inspire 5.1

Of the above config i don't want to change last 4 parts.My PSU is hardly 2 yrs old and within warranty.I would be using ubuntu & winxp/win 7.The system is primarily for gaming,browsing and watching movies.Budget would be within 20,000.I would want this to work for next 2/3 years.Kindly suggest.

if i assume that your 20k budget doesnt include the money you can fetch by selling your first 3 parts(appx 3k)

go for the above rig and add HD 6850 @ 9.5k to make it perfect

For cabby,
NZXT Gamma - 2K
CM 430 - 2.5K

Well, for a low cost but good UPS,
Intex 1KVA @Rs.1800 is quite VFM and good product
