He needs a 19-20' screen. Not a 22' one(consious about his eyes)
Try for i5 2500k.

to fit in i5 2500K and use it as it is intended to, we will have to squeeze in a 212 evo CPU cooler and a decent P67 or Z68 board. Otherwise there is no point in buying an unlocked processor.

1) For monitor then, go for the Dell IN2030M @Rs.5.7 appx

2) It would be difficult to accomodate a i5 2500k rig in this. Why? It costs around Rs.13k and a decent Z68 costs atleast Rs.8.5k and this will lead to a increase of budget to around 5k more.

if you do go for it, i5 2500k costs Rs.13,000~
and a Gigabyte GA-Z68P-DS3 @Rs.7900

Wait for the HD 7850 if possible. For gaming at 1600x900 an OC'able processor is not necessary. Even the GPU I suggested is will leave the rig future-proof for coming years.

Yes its fine. You can safely go for it. Good choice to wait a bit more on GPU. Although 7000 series is already available.

^^ sorry for the 1333mhz ram. Will surely use 1600mhz ram.

I said only 250GB HDD and a 19-20' monitor is required. moreover there is no need of using Corsair 400R Mid Tower Cabinet. its too costly for the budget.

For all these things one can easily get i5 2500k instead of AMD 3.5 GHz AM3 Phenom II 970 and a better GFX.

Better wait for GTX 660 and 660ti , because they will surely beat the hd 7850 and 7870. Gaming benchmarks are heavily supporting Kepler GPU, rather than Tahiti and Pitcairn.
