ell S2240L 21.5 inch is pretty good considering 1080p IPS display it has to offer, suggest other options if its not fitting in budget (HDMI is a must)

Also i have a 6year old Luminous 600VA UPS , wilit suffice for the Rig ?? If not, then suggest a VFM UPS for R2.5K( Separate Budget)
Wont be able to Upgrade any component except RAM before 2015, so please suggest a gaming pc for Long Run.
