galaxy s plus complaint

guyz, i got a problem now on my gsp...
whenever i close any apps, the contacts or keypad automatically opens and its really annoing...
i tried restarting the phone, but the problem is still there...
and along with that the ram memory also reduces to 50-60 mb and nothing works smoothly...
is this virus or software complaint or something..?
plz plz help...

Check the application manager for any open apps.
Also keypad opens you mean to dial numbers?

Resetting the phone should fix this. Backup everything if you do it

You will have to take the phone to the service center. They will reflash the ROM and everything will be alright. Take a backup before going to the service center...

Alternately, you should install Kies on your PC and see if any new ROM updates are available, and update your phone software.
