I want to buy a Full HD TV in 30-35K.(32 inch)
I am going to buy it in 1-2 day(s)....

Nevermind; bought philips 32PFL6577 @31K(with one year free Videocon subscription)

SQ is very good, may be the best till atleast 40K
PQ is also quite good(thanks to DDB). It is better than sony and lg varient in this range, samsung one was also pretty decent
I think it is the best TV till 35K

hey guys im looking for a TV in the range 25-30k preferably on the lower side ... the screen size is no priority but shudn be bigger than 32" ... TV shud be FULL HD with USB playback capabilities which can play MP4 and MKV movies

Look out for Samsung 32EH5000, bargain hard on that model.It has been discountinued so you will be able to get it for 30k or may be less.
And if you can extend your budget a lil bit then try getting 32F5100 from Samsung which can grabbed for around 33k easily.
