First u need a good ftp client...I prefer Ace FTP....
After registration they send an email containing the username\password\ftp server address
In case of bizhat, it will be:-
FTP Server: yourusername.bizhat.com
FTP Login: yourusername.bizhat.com
FTP PassWord: yourpassword
So just open the ftp client and fill in these details and click the connect button...u will be connected within 5-7 seconds on dialup...
Most of the FTP clients have win explorer like interface...where ur local files appear on the left hand side....and server files on the right side....
U just copy the desired files from left to right by simply copy,pasting....
