4 x 64 MB Samsung RD RAM. You need to buy atleast 2 chips or all 4 because RD RAM only works in pairs. 2 chips for Rs. 500, all 4 for Rs. 800. Price negotiable.

p.s. my friend is also intrested in the rd ram so, i will buy all 4 sticks now at 800
