My friend is selling his Powercolor X1800XT 512 MB graphics card as he has just bought Nvidia 8800 GTX graphics card.....

or a leadtek 7950GX2 for 23k shipped.

tell ur frnd to revise his price ...its FOOLISH to expect 20k for that card.

Whats the price of the 8800gtx and what are the brands selling it. I found somewhere that it costs 44k and somewhere else 34k.

34k - must be 8800 GTS

44k - mus be 8800 GTX

They'r different , GTS << GTX .

Invest on those 8800 now is not a good choice ,though they'r powerful & support Dx10 , but no game available on Dx10 platform ( Crysis was postponed till next year ) . Go and buy some 7900 or X1900 , X1950 when their price drop .

36k for 8800GTX, and it is about twice the performance of a 1900xtx even in Dx 9 games.
8800gts will probably be around 27k or so.

Anyway you get a 1900xt for 24k and 7900gt around 17k. If you can give local warranty you should get around 15-18k, if you give USA warranty then around 12-14k, if no warranty except a week or so then you should get around 10-12k

^^if it is with warranty in india then around 14k and if its without any local warranty then around 11-12k.

A friend sold his sapphire x1800xt with usa warranty for 13k sometime back and another friend is selling his x1900xt with 3 years indian warranty for 17-18k. that should give u an idea.

U$ rates dont give that much an idea actually, they can only tell u the relative value.
