My config is:-
Processor -- AMD Phenom-2 X4-810
MO-BO -- Zotac 8200 A-E
RAM -- OCZ PC2 6400 -2GB
OCZ PC2 6400 -1GB
HDD -- Segate 250GB
WD green 500GB
RAID 0 config.
Graphics card -ZOTAC GTX 460 1Gb DDR5
Power supply - Cooler Master GX550W
My problem is that when i boot up my pc the bios screen does'nt come up for first few restarts and then a message comes "system in safe mode re-setting CPU frequency" i have attached a screenshoot of that. After this again my pc restarts and it start to work normally.but again after few hours if i try to boot up my PC this problem arises.i removed 2Gb RAM stick and then m PC worked without any problems.
So can this be a problem due to RAM cause now my system is pretty stable without any hiccups.
I did an entire PC scan for viruses with kaspersky and scanned my hard disk for bad sectors everything is normal.
Also my system temperature is CPU -44-65(Idle - load)
while GPU is between 40-75(Idle - load)
Can using two diff. brands of RAM cause problem if so can u suggest a RAM for accompanying by 1GB OCZ DDR2 RAM??
Please help!!
I have attached timings of RAM and the BIOS message!!!

It seems like you have a faulty RAM. The one you removed -- and then it booted fine. See if you can test that on another system. Else run memtest. You would need to make a bootable USB. When you run this, run it on one DIMM stick at a time. Also make sure that the DOS version is created on the USB. The link explains it all.

Ideally the two different RAM brands should not make too much difference since they are rated the same.

Also reset the CMOS once. Pull out the PSU cable. Press the on/off chassis switch for a few seconds (to discharge all stored capacitors) and remove the CMOS button cell for 203 minutes. Plug it back in.

hey i tried all the stuff !!
afterwards when i booted it ran for some time with both R.A.M's then froze twice
so i did a memtest and found errors in my 2GB R.A.M !!
i hope it comes under warranty for errors !!!
