Most of the proper racing sims are paid. I've been playing a lot of Project Cars 2 and Asseto Corsa recently & really liking them. Regarding flying, there is microsoft flight sim which also is paid, but you can get for cheap with game pass. Here is some Project Cars 2 gameplay if interested.
