Well, there is one *narod.yandex.ru. they are giving free domain names but...it is only in russian, so if u dont speak it there might be a problem

A free domain may sound very tempting, but ultimately you land up paying through your nose for it. It is better to pay for a domain. They are not too expensive anyway.

U can use www.domainname.tk for www.geocities.com/yourname
