Foxmarks has deleted all my bookmarks.how do i get them back

hi
i use the foxmarks addon in firefox.recently foxmarks asked me to update i cancelled that .now there are no bookmarks in firefox.i do not remember the login id i had in foxmarks earlier.
what do i do how do i get my bookmarks back???
can i find the login name i had somehow???
are the bookmarks stored in my p.c somewhere???
pls help.

I don't know anything about this foxmarks addon! But yes, firefox manages a backup of its bookmarks in following folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\60h1ft00.default\bookmarkbackups

Here,
Replace C: with ur system drive.
Replace Administrator with ur username.
60h1ft00.default folder will be different in ur system

Bookmarks -> Organize Bookmarks, select File -> Import and choose From File and tell the location
