Best is to get a intel e2140 g945 mobo 1gb ram,8400gs for around 8.4k .its way beyond better than ur p4 system.ur system is worth not more than 6k and on top of that the mobo is 478 pin type which is also a phased out type

GFX card too costly. Even an 8500GT 256 MB retails at 3.5K brand new. And we all know how well it pwns 6600GT... your card has just 128 mb ram and is AGP. It is too expensive. Even 8400GS is a better choice cost and performance wise.
