Flash in WordPress headlinde

Hi,

I need the flash plugin for my wordpress blog at: *www.comptricks.com/ . I want to add the flash headlines like other Web site *www.labnol.org/ . You can see the flash headlines playing automatically. How can I add the flash heading in my blog?..
