Hey guys check out this site

The flash intros from templatemonster.com are awesome

I think the site is wonderful..Please suggest me tutorials and ebooks to aid me in creating those flash effects,glassy buttons surrounded by a white halo,the blur effects etc.
also suggest me softwares other than flash8 which help in creating all those found on that site...

Books just teach how to use Flash.. You need to use YOUR creativity. :rolleyes:
