HTC One S is gonna be available for around 28k in may(hopefully in 1st week) and even you can get Xperia S for ~29k

Hmm Isnt Nexus Prime same as Galaxy Nexus??? If so, without manufacturer warranty, its a high price to pay. Better wait for HTC One S.(Just performance considered, should be priced a lot higher - nearer to One X, but hopefully HTC wont do that

after 2 or more months you will surely see a drastic decrease in the prices, hopefully of around 5k in Xperia S, but right using the coupons and all you can get a good deal.
Even after 2 months if you buy a phone, you will regret after a month or so that its price has dropped or some new model has come up, technology keeps on changing day by day and there is fluctuataion in the prices every other day.
