Faulty RAM?

Hello. My PC had the no post no beep situation. My hw engnr bro cm and did sm tinkering around(remvd gfx crd nd pc startd 2 beep. Then re installd nd startd normaly). Dis was a fw days ago. 2day at mrning was playing Stalker. Ran smoothly wid no prblm. In evening when i trid 2 boot pc during windows loading screen, BSOD. 2nd tym bootd proprly bt bsod whil starting stalker. So pc restartd. Ran normaly. Playd far cry 2 nd bsod after fw min. When tried 2 start again power coming and going continuosly(the leds on the cabby..). Calld bro n he told maybe ram problm n told me 2 check if pc cud hld power without ram. Proceedd as instructd nd yes it hldd power bt after re instaling ram bck 2 sqre 1. No post no beep. Bro told mst probably faulty ram n since it has warranty he wil hv it exchangd. Bt m worried lyk sh*t. Wht do u thnk cud be the problm?

Thx fr the reply bt the pc is not booting only. No post no beep. I didnt even get the tym 2 check n upload the BSOD dump file. Lets see
