Fans Run,All Light Glow,No Beeps No Display!!!!!!!!!!

I felt my PC was bit slow than the performance when i bought it, I even re installed my OS WIN7 .When I start my PC there is no display but all the fans work properly,all the lights in motherboard glows but no display.I cleared the CMOS by Removing the battery for 10 minutes and I also removed and refit all the components But still I could not rectify the Problem kindly help. (My Monitor works with other rigs)

How did you reinstalled the OS when you can't even see the display ??? Tell us your config.

Do the fans run continuously? Or do they sop and run then again? If this is the case then your motherboard is the fault, you can also check the same by removing the ram sticks and if you hear beep codes then your motherboards all right and if not probably you have to change it.

just try this
press caps lock, if the light does not come and go at each keypress, then your motherboard is gone.
