Seems to be a Graphics card/Driver issue. Check this: *support.microsoft.com/kb/291806

If possible, get a MiniDump and upload it.

This is RAM problem. As you have posted , you have two RAM set.So, try with one RAM one by one.I think U can detect the faulty RAM.

It is definately an Hardware problem and the thing first comes is that of a RAM.
Their might be a problem in the RAM FSB or the motherboard might not be supporting the ram or the ram might be faulty

Chek first for the Faulty ram by individually plugging in the ram one by one.

Next if okey then go for the FSB check if it differs then go and have the right compatible one.

Or you might just clean he RAM slots and the RAM leads with air blower or a brush it might be a dusting problem.

Hope this might solve your problem
