"EXPLORE MY BLUETOOTH PLACES" opens with Notepad!

I have Windows XP Home edition. After installation of Autopatcher, the link on the system tray is not working properly. "Explore my Bluetooth Places" is opening with Notepad. Reinstallation of Windcom Bluetooth software was also invain. Please help me!

This problem is common in autopatcher. Even for zip files, after installing autopatcher, they open with notepad (if you havent installed winrar or winzip). If you right-click and choose "Open With" then they revert back to opening normally. Try something similar for the bluetooth thing. (yes, I know bluetooth places dont have an "Open With" dialog. Try smthn similar.)
