Your predictions are similar to your ideas. Both are untrue and not feasible.
And who knows, you might need two psu's.
Do some proper reading before posting. Its nowhere written that its a gtx 595.
How can you conclude the techreport without any solid evidence or proof? None of the above cards has been released yet and nobody knows what chips they house.
Those sites you mentioned spread speculation and rumours but not actual facts.
