error in windows98

whenever i start windows98 iget this error
unable to load the dynamic library
msnp32.dll
the system cannot find the file specified
some or all of the feature is not available
microsoft network.
.i tried torestore this file from windows cd from sfc but it does not find any file named msnp32.dll in the cd.how can i resolve this.i do not want to format my system and also do not want to reinstall windows.

relax . you dont need to format or reinstall your system...just yet!
as uve already tried extracting a copy through sfc, try re installing your client for microsoft network.
