Error in Tapatalk when opening digit forum

Hey everyone

Need some help accessing digit forum through Tapatalk. I could access it fine till about a week back, but now I constantly get the following error,

"Package file version doesn't match with the installed version, please goto your forum's AdminCP >plugins&Products>manage products to upgrade by importing the latest installation xml"

I don't think I have access to this area of the forum as a normal user. What would you suggest I do ?

Same here. I was about to start the thread for the same. I use older version of tapatalk. Got the error for TDF, so upgraded to the latest version - still the problem persists. Happens exlusively with TDF. Other forums open fine on tapatalk. Kindly fix the bug. Accessing tdf without tapatalk is boring.

P.S. - Tried accessing TDF from a phone browser for the first time. Wasn't a pleasant experience, especially the search part.

I'm sure you guys know that the name has been changed. It's Digit.in now, before it was Thinkdigit or something, I mean on Tapatalk.

I have started receiving this error again. Clearing cache and re-adding isn't helping

^^ Can confirm the issue is persisting on Tapatalk for Android too. Usually trying 4-5 times automatically fixes it but it isn't working now

We are already free to do this.

yup..tdf forum is not working in tapatalk.

Now, only if you could fix Tapatalk. Like most here, I am also annoyed that I have to use browser on my tab to browse forum.

Admins request your help as the tapatalk error seems to suggest that it's a pretty straightforward fix.

Not working for me as well. I tried deleting my tapatalk app and then reinstalling. still doesnt work

seems like no one is listening ... is there some other way to access the forum from a mobile? the mobile view sucks so am hoping that there is another app that works

You can try to browse with Mobile theme in browser. Next best thing.

Working fine for windows phone 8.1 Lumia 520 phone. & getting notifications also for subscribed thread which I never got earlier.

I too had the same issue till I was on 8.0.

BTW if I'm not mistaken there was change in address ....

earlier it was thinkdigit.com/forum

Something to do with this. So remove the forum & try to search for digit.in & you are good to go...

Yes the problem is the newer versions of tapatalk in android.

I think most of us have already changed the forum to digit.in, also I've upgraded my tapatalk to the latest version. I too get notifications when my subscribed threads update. But if you try to open the thread or the forum itself the error pops up.

There was a time when you could bypass the error by repeatedly trying. But that does not work now
