My friend is not ableing to connect to net,whenever he click on dial it showing error-633:
urs modem may be already in use or not configure correctly,last time i saw it was working.


For security he installed commodo firewall.

What type of Modem ?? ADSL or Dial up or GPRS or CDMA ??

if ADSL please reset the modem and Disable the Firewall then try again if with USB then re-install the Drivers...

it is an dialup modem & once i had disable the firewallA but nothing working .
