Its good, but with the same specs of ASrock G41C-VS there is Gigabyte GA-G41M-Combo...
Since Gigabyte has a better quality, I would recommend it over ASROCK...

so will this mobo bottleneck HD 5670 1gb GDDR5.
and will Dual Core E5200 @2.50 GHz bottleneck HD 5670.

No, dual core E5200 can handle a HD 5670 and it is ok with the motherboard also. But your friend can overclock the CPU to 2.8-3 GHz to get better performance

the specs of the motherboard says that it supports
Ram - DDR3 1333(OC).
So if we add 1333MHz RAM what will happen

memory is backward compatible.
It will read in bios as 1066, but if you overclock or reconfigure the BIOS manually it will allso go higher.
if your not going to oc, then 1066 is the highest officially supported.
