English language in German version of windows.

Hi ppl,

My friend recently got a laptop from Germany which came along with a German version of windows XP. Now he wants to change the language from German to English. I tried changing the language in the Language toolbar and also tried installing the additional language pack hoping it would be of any use. But still it refuses to change to English. Is it possible to change someother ways? if so how?

The same problem has been faced by another member here, I can't remember who he was?

But he was not able to do so
