but ya if u switch off the monitor it will save a lot of electricity
I have also read somewhere
that a PIV with 15" CRT Monitor Consumes same a 2.5 or 3 Tubelights Consume
may be 17" CRT Monitor Consumes more
but LCD can save some little electric
also I have seen a software few months back in Digit CD which saves electric after installing into PC, also it tell how much u hav save
Also I have seen Add in Sahara Samay
their is a Product they call it Power Saver, it connects to main switch / power of the house
It is around 2K but they says it can save electricity
if ur bill is 12 than it can low down it to 8
